hey
i want to buy US account while i am not from US.
is that a problem and eBay can ban me for that?

paypal can make problem if i move money from one paypal to second paypal many times?

i have to use vpn and US ip to log in to US ebay account if i am not from the US?

No this is not a problem and done on a regular basis. You just need to follow the standard stealth protocol for operating an account and you will be good to go.
