Buying E-mail Lists

Where can I buy high quality e-mail lists of businesses in the US? I tried accessing Referenceusa via a local library and they do not reveal e-mail addresses and charge for it.


Hoovers and infogroup charge around +/-$1 per e-mail + contact info. I tried using scrapebox to get get basic company details and then hired a VA to extract the rest and it came out to be more expensive than a $1 per email because many businesses didn't their e-mail on the site etc.


Any ideas?

Hit me up if there is potential for a JV... I have some older lists, but also have methods for new lists...
