Buying domains after the last update in May?

If those stats are legit then that is a steal and $200 is a killer price. BUT....who in their right fucking mind sell a domain like that for only $200 ? That is the question you have to ask yourself...... IMO. sites like that go for $2000+

Have you checked the site's history on archive.org to make sure it hasn't been used as a PBN site in the past? Have you typed the domain name into Google to ascertain whether it has a penalty or not?
$200 for a PR 7 sounds too good to be true. Nevertheless, you can purchase it if it's totally spam-free and penalty-free. By the way, PBNs are still working and you can still build them.
