I once bought some btc from ebay. You could try your luck there. There is another site from where you buy in-game currency using paypal -> convert it into btc -> cashout.

I just buy runescape in-game gold currency and sell it again for bitcoin/paypal whatever im converting to, I know some right sellers and buyers so I only lose 1-1.5 % while converting.

Just find a reputable trader on Reddit and you'll be good to go.

if you have account with coin base, yes you can buy using Paypal
PayPal with Coinbase is only available in the US afaik.
Yeah I tried Virwox but I think you need to have an old timer account. I opened one, made a purchase, exchanged for BTC, but as soon as I withdrew some BTC they refunded my paypal and sent me a message saying my account was closed and payment refunded due to suspicious activity, even though my PP is fully verified. Maybe they didnt like the VOIP phone associated with my PP?
Nice I'll look into it. Never played the game though, is it the kind where you have to install the game buy in in-game?
I find it hard to believe coinbase would let anybody purchase without extensive verification..

They don't. Coinbase does full KYC.
