Buying automatic instagram comments

Hi,
Is there a way to buy automatic "comments" how people do for instagram "likes".
Every time you do a post at least 10 comments are on it.

I heard someone mention about running many bots and having them comment. But what program would one use and you would need at least 1000 instagram accounts to switch up with the comments.
Please any suggestion of where I can buy this or get it done.
(Tried to search Black Hat forum and nothing good has come up yet).

Yea, I saw a service on here that would automatically provide comments/likes to your newest photos. If I see it, I'll post it here as I don't remember the name right now.

We could provide that sort of service but how do you imagine it?
Do you want to provide all comment texts that should be posted or do you just want to have 10 generic comments when you post?
