Hey, I paid for some backlinks from market place, after I get the report I try to put the back links in google "site:examplelink" and I find only few links are indexed (maybe 1 from 5).
Will it make no effect ? (if links are not indexed)
Should I index them manually? or to change provider?

Obviously, if your links are not indexed, they would not benefit you. Marketplace sellers just create links for you, you have to do the rest unless they also try to index them for you.

And how can I index them?

Firstly, it take 2 weeks - month to see an index of backlinks that you're looking for. Personally, I use Linklicious, and am quite satisfied. I would recommend it. It's only $17/month.

I bought it, should I use it everytime I get backlinks?

Since Penguin 4.0 indexing links has become even harder. Many people are facing this issue, some know how to get around it. :)

If you publish a website on that domain, and ping that domain to Google (using PingFarm for instance) and it's still NOT get indexed --> it's very likely that this domain was penalized by Google and will contribute NOTHING to your improvement of ranking.
That's the biggest issue when purchasing domains to build PBN system. You should, thus, focus on domains that have high quality backlinks (from high quality other websites), that will result in a very very low "de-index possibility" after purchasing.

how much time the links are active .... it takes sometimes a little time till they show up.

How lond this backlink is alive? Give it a 2-3 weeks if it won't index ( it should when placed on good domain, has a text ) then you can try to index it yourself by submiting to Google, buidling more backlinks ( tiers) or create manually 1-2 BLs with list of this URLs.
