Hello guys, do you have any tips for buying an Instagram account?

I check accounts with thousands of followers with posts which have around 20 likes. All of the seller seem really scammy. Can somebody recommend some platforms or sellers? Im looking for an account in the fashion niche with between 20k - 100k followers.

Is there any disadvantage to buy an account which has been inactive for quite a time?

All of the sellers ask for paypal "family & friends" how can i ensure not getting ripped off?

Family & Friends mean that you can't refund - never do that.
Buying accs is very risky move.
I bought one and got scammed. I have acc with 2.5k really engaging followers and would not sell it below $200 because I put a lot of work in it.
Maybe the ones that automate them sell them cheaper but their audience less engaging.
I really don't know how you can do it saftely, because they can always recover account.
Fakecheck.co is website where you can scan one acc for $1. I do that to se % of real followers.
