I was talking with someone about affiliate sites and they have one that has been running for 5 months that they said they would sale me for a decent price. Which brings me to a couple of questions I am hoping that you guys can help me out with. I am new to this and was looking at purchasing an existing site to help get me started which is exactly what I have found.
1. What are some things to look out for? The site has been increasing in earnings every month the past 5 months
2. The only traffic source that scares me is they use a PBN. However, due to this the site ranks well on google for many terms in its niche
3. What are some of the common things to look for on improving an existing affiliate site that is already ranking well? Through my research I have found that one of the easiest things is fix any broken links to broken affiliate links but what else besides this? and maybe expanding the audience/product offerings on the site.
