AMR would let you easily spin & submit your article to various directories. However, google farmer update would not let these articles rank anymore, and read SEO20's latest post to know why spun articles in such fashion still ends up as duplicate content by search engines.

Also If you want do it well you can buy few max spinned articles and submit them. I bet you agree its worth it. IF not quality enough for your money site you can still power up your web 2.0 and other properties with some lower quality articles.
