Online retailing giant Amazon is taking aim at people who allegedly post false customer reviews of products using sites like Fiverr.com, identifying more than 1,000 defendants in a lawsuit filed last week.

You are right. Now risky to get Amazon reviews from Fiverr. Actually Amazon wants to secure its goodwill and reputation.
