Buying adult traffic.. I need help

Hello everyone! I never bought traffic but now I would like to try.
I searched on google and I found traffic-masters, anyone tried it?
It costs only 24$ for 10,000 usa visitors for live cam website.. Is too high or it's a normal price?
I am promoting a live cam pay per sale. For each sale I earn 100$ (the user has to buy minimum 25$ credits). Any advice on how to buy traffic? The site has a nice page, you think I could get a sale with 10,000 visitors or should I split and test the traffic?

Contact the guys at Clickpapa.com... they are awesome and they will help you out with all your questions... Anyways, the price seems reasonable.. there are always ups and downs when it comes to buying traffic, so make sure to test different landing pages, different banners, etc. What I usually do is buy 50,000 hits, and test the sh1t out of it.. It requires tons of testing, disabling sources which don't convert etc The reason I'm advicing you to go with Clickpapa is that they will help you setting up everything, even suggest traffic sources, what to enable, what to disable etc.. What sort of CPC bid is needed to get traffic from tier 1 countries (USA etc.) ?
