Flippa isn't great marketplace, there are some scammers to scam you for big rate websites that contains nothing.

just get a wp adsence plugin and a written article in your niche add a nice video made from fivver or here and a nice image from fivver or here , that it done ....
know the traffic.
get traffic from YouTube, get some slides/images of your niche, 15 I suggest , and use blastersuite.com app to create 200 video from the 15 slides/images the app will do all the seo stuff it self, know upload to yt
know do the same over 10 accounts and do 10 daily when use to it .
if you no keyword research will help what keywords worth grabbing , because the app does the rest your be ok.
