Buying Accounts with Pay Pal

Does anyone know any RELIABLE sites where you can buy established Instagram accounts with decent amounts of followers from using Pay Pal?

Social Tradia only uses back transfer and the problem with that is, a lot of their accounts are already Shadow Banned. Paying via bank transfer means there is no chance of getting your money back when you get a Shadow Banned account.

Any suggestions?

I have used Famwswap and have gotten some good accounts. Just make sure the seller is reputable.
