Buying accounts vs manual Creation

Hi everybody!

I will like to know whats your opinion about this:

I am actually trying to growth instagram accounts to sell them or at least sell shoutouts.

But the creation of the accounts is the hardest part, i was reading obviously many post about it, but i was wondering if:

These pva accounts( from providers in the marketplace for example) if some day are flagged (maybe because the proxy or the method used) do you think this are going to affect every account? I dont want to get ban cuz of this. (I know the risk of over doing social acctions)

The manual creation is the slowest method but the safest.

Let me know your experience or recommendation.

If u can make money fast with these accounts definitely buying accounts its better, because u can reach the investment amount and make a nice profit. If u can the manual creation its the secure way.
