Buying accounts and promoting same site

Has anyone tried buying Adwords account and promoting the same website (through same or different ads)? What's the risk of getting account and website banned by doing this?

you will be your own competitor for the same keywords..I cant see any point why to do this

I didn't mean I'd be promoting the same website from different accounts simultaneously. I'd be buying activated Adwords account with credits (and that would be cheaper than loading up existing account). Once they ran out of credits I'd just buy another account and promote the same website.
