Is it worth it trying to purchase a page with low talking about it and then trying to get it back up? I see alot of pages with alot of likes and low talking about. I know that it could mean alot of the fans are fake. It could also mean the owner just doesnt post often as well right?

Yes check the post count and also see how frequently they were posting. It would also be good to look at what they were posting. For example if they have a high post count and the posts are very well configured with calls to action for responses and links posted with media, that could be an indicator that the followers are fake or at least just shell accounts.

look at the reaching of post.. talking about doesnt mean nothing .. its just a number that can be grow up with a few posts...
