How can you comment that it is not worth it? Maybe OP is a multi-millionaire and a laptop is nothing to him. Maybe he likes game a lot. Maybe he wanted to upgrade a long time ago but now he has a push that he needs.
That is the same as people who see a Lamborghini and say it's not worth the money, yet they can't afford it.
Different people have different priorities, saying that something isn't worth it without knowing all the details is a dumb thing.
P.S. This is the same company that made Witcher 3, I think they know what they are doing.

Why wouldn't it be worth it, and why would it be a bad investment? I need a new laptop, anyway, and I do a TON of online work. I don't want to feel restricted to either my backup laptop or my desktop. I feel this would give me portability to use while traveling and will allow me to do some gaming on the go, without having to turn down all my settings, just to achieve 30 fps.
^ This. I've had the same primary laptop for over 4 years now, and a couple weeks ago, it took it's last breath. In just this short amount of time, I have discovered just how inefficient my backup laptop is for getting things done.

Being a computer addict who uses them for atleast 16 hours a day, let me tell you this... You are wrong!! I have one "super power" desktop (which is an okay PC for some of you here. It works pretty well for me though), but I still have two more laptops; because they have their own purpose. One, I use mainly for official work (which involves team meetings/presentations, going out and showing something to a colleague and so on) and the other one for experiments. I love them all to be honest. Not worth it? My oldest one is running for the last 5 years and it barely costed me around $500. How is that bad invstment?
PCs and Laptops have their own usages. I might sometimes want to lay on my bed and use the laptop. I can't be bothered to unplug my PC for that.
Generally speaking, run your bots (or stuffs you do not experiment with) on the PC. Run your business on the laptop. Works for me.
