Buying a micro niche site worth it?

Frankly, it's nothing you couldn't do yourself. Do your own KW research or buy one from the marketplace, buy a domain and hosting, set up wordpress, and off you go. There's really nothing unique in what they do, and usually you're left feeling like you'll have to rework most of it anyway so it's money down the drain. I really feel services like those are for people with more money than brains, but to each their own.

It is a gamble. There is no guaranteed top rankings or that people will click on your ads or buy from your affiliate links. They overprice the package and back it with silly claims ... but very few that purchased ever post a review that they made money from the packages. I for one would rather buy the keywords and do the rest myself.

I bought some MNS from the marketplace a few years ago and let me tell you that they are not free money if that's what you are thinking. Better to learn how to make them yourself.
If every MNS made money why would they sell them?
Either way you will have to rank them which is the hardest/most expensive part.

You are basically buying a keyword with a search volume of ~1000 for $30+

It is very tempting to buy other's people work, but I think if you really want to make money have your own unique product or services. I know it takes some time to be on the market but it's worth it.
