that's depend on fan likes that real active person profile or fake profile? if real 30k taking about fan then good price.

1. The total number of people who are talking about it - This tells you how many people actively interact with the page. It's easy to get fake likes, but hard to fake interactions over time.
2. Check out the page activity at facebook.com/PageName/likes - this will tell you if the likes have been added recently or over time. It also tells you the most popular city to give you an idea of the demographics.

it take hardly one or two hour to make such page for big page owners who own more than 800k page.. 30k page rate is below 50$ now..even less then 50$ you can find on some fb page selling groups

Yeah there are so many factors and ways how to monetize facebook page, just number of fans tells absolutely nothing. Niche+activity of fans+where fans are from+number of fans=value of page.

If the page has high post reach and is USA Top , then $350 is very very good price .
For every Real 1,000 USA For active pages (high reach Pages) it costs about $20 - $30 .
So it all depends on the reach and location.
One of My pages is 28k USA TOP 280k Total reach .... someone offered me $350 but i refused , because i know that i can make that in 5 - 7 days !

beware of scammers.. Hidden manager tricks will be used by some people.. after you pay they will make you manager

you are so right.. i received and offer to sell a fun page with 100 000 likes for 250$. even if i create it with fake likes i would cost more because it makes more than that in few days.. so people lets face it. Quality fan pages are not cheap.
If the likes are quality it should cost more because it is tested by you and make money.
but i think that standard like 2-3 last months income should be used when trying to determine the price of fan page.
