I found a domain that is available and its perfect easy to remember and relevant to my niche.

However when i used Wayback machine i noticed that the domain was last used in 2013 and it was to sell fake shoes more specifically fake jordans and stuff. I know big G is not a fan or that.

I also checked Ahrafs and it used to have around 1000 backlinks back in 2013 but now it only has 2 active backlinks. I dont care about backlinks i will dissavow any that are remaining.

Should i still buy this domain? I dont care about $10 i just dont want to put all this good content on the domain and have it not rank where it should be because of questionable past.

Avoid it. If you want that just for brandability, then simply find something better. I do not see a reason why you should risk anything. That domain might as well be penalized or damaged goods that will never rank. This is an example of how terribly abused history looks like.

There is no way tell google new owner. Take all the metrics, etc

If it has been ever blacklisted by google or you suspect something similar, it will not be a good idea to go for it no matter how catchy or easy it is to remember.

I would not, unless you will use to to point to a buffer site
