As title say... I am looking for 300x250 banner ads on CPM. I prefer to buy banners in a "video player"
I currently buy from a few streaming hosts, where my banner is shown when a user clicks "Pause"
I can pay up to $0.50 CPM - depending on quality.
I am ready to do a prepaid test for 50K impressions before commiting to final rates.
