Is there anyway to check that the paypal screenshots are faked, either pre or post auction on flippa?

I have seen a site I like, and not sure whether the paypal checks out. Is there a way to do this after the auction, eg seller gives me paypal password, or is this too much to ask?

A paypal password would be too much to ask and even legit sellers would refuse. Check the exif info to see if the picture was photoshopped.

Difficult to say if photoshopped or not.
So presumably its easy to buy a site with lots of progressive income, and the income stops when you buy it?

Well its easy to check it if he's legit make him login while your looking with him on his screen.

Teamviewer.com offers a free package which will do all of this for free aslong as your using it privately (non comercial). Skype and MSN offer a remote help function you can use that if its preffered i just like teamviewer :)

This is what i always do to make sure the profits are real.

They don't even have to photoshop it most of the time a simple javescript query will make it so that you can edit the page. And for your real question no there is no way to see if a screen is legit.
