Hey guys,
I sold a epad on eBay a couple of weeks ago, the buyer left feedback:
And has today messaged me saying:
Now, she bought this for her daughter; whom I'd assume was left alone with it and may have done something. I also have one of these (have had it for 1 year+) and never had an issue. To turn it off you just hold the button, there is no issue with that - and the only 'freezing' I have had was fixed with a reset (happened twice).
I listed this as a gift with no recognition of a warranty of refund guarantee in the listing; I've sent her a message saying pretty much the above and to upgrade firmware - what does she have to stand on?
I mean it was a legit sale, it arrived working and somewhere along the process of her owning it; she fucked it up..

Great communication. Great e-bayer. Would deal with him again.
And has today messaged me saying:
Hello, I would like to return this item due to problems. It will freeze for hours at a time. It will not always turn off. We have only played angry birds at this stage and have not added any additional aps. Please advise how I can return this item and whether or not you will refund or replace.
Regards Nicole.
