It happened with me before a year, contact support team. If they don't get response from him within 7 days, they will relist it without fees.

the problem is that this guy's bid has been very big if i relist it i don't think i will get half the price
Maybe leave it till Monday and see if he/she was waiting till month end for funds?
If he doesn't pay, you'll not get any price.
