By golly having a screwy month on ebay. Another opened case.
I checked the tracking (USPS) and it shows it attempted delivery 3 times back in early July and says
each time "attempted delivery unsuccessful" with no reason why. No updates after that.
I didn't know this of course until the buyer opened a case on me yesterday claiming they never received their items. Later in the message/notes, they clearly told me they gave a home address but they wanted to give me their PO Box address. So the buyer clearly admits to giving me the wrong shipping address (even if it was still their home address on their ebay/paypal account information).
If this gets escalated to ebay, what do you think are my chances of getting a favorable outcome?
