Ohh then it will be a hard time for every Denmark internet marketer. that means 1 guy cannot have 2 accounts with any other name. I really doubt this if this is true.

This rule is valid almost anywhere in the world, not just Denmark.

Okay. So you have cleared my doubts. It is not true. I am from India and will talk about India only as I know. I have never ever heard in India putting someone behind the bars or in prison for creating false identities. Identity theft (impersonating someone's profile for doing criminal activity) is really a crime which is another case.
And i think it will never be

That's true, this thing applies to other countries too! I don't know people going to jail only for this particular crime, but this doesn't mean is not still a crime. Imagine if Facebook or Gmail (or small companies) starts sending complaints to all law-enforcement agencies around the globe, because someone abused their website. But nobody cares!
