Buyaccs.com Pop3 outlook

I buy some hours before pop3 outlook accounts, i go to my software try to use them for create some accounts and the software output was bad user/pass/lost token etc etc. So i login one manually and seem thath all accounts are suspended for massive spam. I open a ticket 10 hours ago(bough them 12 hours ago) seems still not answer. I didnt use them for spam, i even have time for thath and i dont have such knowledge, do they refund?. I want a refund for buy hotmail, cause in one domain outlook is locked

They always replaced the non-working accounts for me, when i contacted them. I'd say be a bit more patient.

yes, problem is thath in the page i want to register some accounts @outlook.com emails are blacklisted, you cant register with thath domain(pretty awfull cause its a big email but idk , its a pretty small comunity page) so ill need to get refund and spend more in @hotmail.com pop3 anyway thanks for your fast answer. Ill have to be patient
