I've read a lot about this tool and I decided to give it a shot!

here are a few questions:

where can I buy it?
(this site look like totally crap :hxxp://xrumer-palladium.blogspot.com/2008/04/how-to-buy-xrumer.html)

Do I have to run it on a Server? What Provider can you recommend.

Do I have to use private Proxies for getting Success?

Where I get some Xrumer Tutorials?

If I buy the licence - do they upgrade if a newer version is coming out?

1) You can buy xrumer from botmasternet.com
2) A dedicated server is recommended . I use volumedrive . If you have a budget of 250$ per month then you can rent a bulletproof server.
3)If you are planning to use proxies then yes private proxies are preferred over public proxies to get a decent success rate. I usually post without proxies

Is the IP of dedicated hosting static or Dynamic??I mean, does the IP atleast change once in 12 hours or something??

If it is dynamic, then it helps incase the IP gets Blacklisted

I rent servers for Xrumer. I own the ISP so you wont be banned. All I ask is that you don't spam emails. I charge $220 a month per server with no setup fee's or contracts. So long as you pay, the server is yours. Most of Alex's (Botmaster's) client are also my clients

It's usually a static IP.

Everything is done on the remote server. You receive a static/fixed IP address for access to the server.

Also, I provide large Zlink databases to hosting clients for free.

If you're running xrumer from home, what is the importance of proxies. Do webmasters report your spamming to your ISP, and is it ever an issue?

They could but mainly not really. You jut get ip banned/blacklisted at some spots. So you need dynamic ip for example

I own my own ISP which means that when complaints come, they come to my email address. That is why most of Alex's (Botmaster's) Xrumer clients host on my servers.

For example, if you do a WHOIS for http://whois.domaintools.com/212.235.92.173 you will notice my name "Daniel" and my email address in the whois. So you can be sure I wont ban you for Xrumer promotional activity.

You dont want it for many reasons.

1) VPS are known to steal your Xrumer info.
2) VPS bandwith is a shared whore.
3) Xrumer on a dedicated server takes up 85% CPU.
