Thank you

$500? None, 95% of websites on there aren't worth it for $500 or are just plain scams. The real ones sell for thousands, those even seem shady sometimes. I'm not about to look into that right now to answer the rest of the questions...

If you had 500$

Wouldn't buy a website?

If you had 1000$

Wouldn't buy a website?

If you had 2500$

A blog which is earning atleast $150/month via adsense and some other sources? Would check analytic and revenue first.

If you had 5000$

A blog which is earning atleast $300/month via adsense and some other sources? Would check analytic and revenue first.

the problem with revenue 80% are false.

what you think about this website ?

You gotta be careful.

Check the website ranking's ,age and other necessary things which show what is the value of the site.

If you have this kind of money its best to stay away from flippa and buy a business which is established at some other business for sale websites where you can talk to a business broker instead of buying scammy sites on flippa

Flippa you will not get your money's worth as a lot of fake business goes on there

Interesting thread.
Andrew here from Flippa.
The most popular search factors for websites are revenue, traffic and site age (ahead of PR, Alexa, Copyscape etc).

As such, you'd simply expect more from each of these three for every increase in your budget. Use our advanced search option to better refine the results for the scenario you are looking at.

ugjunk - business for sale websites are fine if you're not interested in buying websites. Brokers often add value to premium website sales however you'd be hard pressed to find a broker managing a $5K sale.
