Well just use googleads and fbads and other. Maybe not that cheap like $0.005 but better profit.

I think it depends what offer you have, every offer needs different kinds of traffic, so I could say google ads without knowing what offer you have.

It's totally depends on your niche entirely and possibly and we really can get it that way. Do you want it to happen like this one or not? For example if you need adult then go for Exoclick and a bit for something like Traffic Junky or Traffic Stars.
