Hi ... try WorldTrafficSupply [dot] com. I, we, use WTS to seed promo campaigns. Prices are fair and never a problem.
The "audio allowed" category is delivered from a cache, so counts often off. Ditto, for "business opportunity" category, but not as serious as audio.
The narrowly defined, but oh-so expensive, category, near the bottom of the list, works like a dream, but may not be cost effective.
