Buy traffic - Best website?

Hi all,
I am trying to create an email list and make money... I have done a solo ad till now... However the leads I got from the ad are least responsive. Only 10% open the mails i send...
So, I was wondering whether I should buy traffic... However, i have no prior experience in this field... And it will be really helpful if someone can point out the best website to purchase real-human targeted traffic...

That's a very broad question. There's no "best website" in regards to traffic. You should first do a little digging and research on some of the more famous traffic types like PPV, PPC, Social and so on and once you decide to stop on one you can ask for advice as to which network to choose, how to do your targeting etc. A lot of traffic types will work but don't just go in there blindly.
 
If you want to master one thing then you have research,study,test and come to conclusion.dont blindly follow any thing risk your ip or your email account .Follow can-spam act and if you are doing cpa be careful.
