will always buy! A lot! 100 SIM cards for 1 deal! SIM card must be from the United States. They need to accept incoming sms in Russia! I do not need to top up the SIM card. Sim card should work as soon as I insert it into the phone! On the SIM card does not have to be tied services facebook, Tinder, etc.
