I don't know if really any place just will sell you "organic traffic". Have you tried looking into Pay Per Click advertising? They have sections for it here on this forum. I am unable to link it to you though since I do not have enough posts.

OP, you can try adwords, infolinks, bidvertiser or media.net . As per drip feed, divide your maximum budget to over a month and set it in daily budget option.

You can buy fake "organic looking" traffic to boost your stats and bounce rate, but if you want real visitors PPC and social is it.
