If you want control and long-term stability, creating the accounts yourself with clean email addresses is safer. But if speed matters and you need aged or warmed-up accounts, buying ready-made ones can save time. Just make sure they come from a trusted seller and aren’t reused spam accounts. When buying, always change the login info and warm them up slowly. As for location, Instagram and Facebook mostly care about current activity. If you use a local IP and interact with people in your target country, your reach will adapt. The original creation country matters less than how and where the account is used now.

I have never been able to quickly achieve a large reach on aged accounts. Only on newly created accounts was I able to get 500k-1 million views under a reel on the second day.

For small scale - make your own on your devices (preferably iphone).
For large scale - buy the accounts.

If the account is based in RU then its very likely that it will stay there unless there is a heavy push in the organic content + paid media to another geo. Though this only works with new accounts, those that already have 1k+ followers from RU will remain there and struggle with getting out.

It's better to buy all accounts. At the very least, they are properly registered and warmed up. And they cost pennies. Because if you register yourself, you will encounter a lot of nuances.

new accs 100% you exactly know the quality - which isn't the case for bought accounts.
