I dont know. I was window shopping and saw they were selling out of circulation money that was suppose to be destroyed. For like 1/3 the price. The more your bought the better the deal. They had all these different packages gold package, diamond ...
 
He's talking about purchasing fake counterfeit currency and unmarked bills using tor browser from the dark web.

No it says its used money. Old money that was suppose to be taken out of circulation and destroyed. Thats all they can say. Its used not new. I guess banks take older looking money out and its taken some where to be shredded. Im going to look on the internet and see if the federal reserve really destroys money.

It is just counterfeit money that is marketed as "out of circulation"

Just like anything on the darknet, It's very difficult to know the quality and whether it's worth spending money on or not.
Bottom line it's fake money, I wouldn't trust any "out of circulation" claim.
And either way it's illegal, so the risk is yours, consider deeply before doing anything.

I have always wondered how people go about this darkweb thing. Not necessarily doing illegal stuffs. Maybe learning crazy hacking and technical stuffs, getting search engine coupons, getting loop holes to generate traffic from social media, crazy bitcoin mining techniques and the likes.
