I do not own a paypal account and I want you to buy 1000 mail.ru email accounts from:

Why not ask the seller if they accept bitcoins !

or ask seller to set up a fiverr account, then just use btc to pay him on fiverr

you can send him bitcoin and paypal should make the conversion ....in theory at least :)
 
before you even think about that, you can buy mail.ru accs almost half the price, just look for it in the BST, on the other hand there was a hack not too long ago and a lot of mail.ru accs got compromised, mail.ru tightened their security, so now a lot of accs ask for password reset and as such those accs are useless, so ask the provider if his accs are affected or not or just purchase something else, like hotmail, at least that's what i did
mail.ru accs were really good before this, but now, i'm not so sure about that

Exactly this. If you're using them for SER they're worthless. I have a bunch that don't work anymore due to the compromise.
