Spent a good while looking around & haven't been having the best of luck, literally only looking for an eCommerce set-up I can stick some fishing gear on...

you want to make ecommrce that accept crypto?
why not just find crypto payment gateway and use it

It's a good idea, you need to have a secure server to do this, and then by installing a content management system and crypto payment gateway plugin, the problem is solved

You can hire a freelancer to develop the site for you.

Yes... Get a developer to develop themeforest via crypto payment processors so I can buy a few scripts... ;o

Y’all can literally embed Shoppy.gg as your payment gateway to accept Crypto.

Man, GoURL.io is a nice service and has a very clear API.
Many CMS and scripts have bridges to use GoURL and invoice system. Go for it.

I'm trying to buy scripts, sources or anything like it for crypto guys, I haven't got anything to buy off those with.

PayPal broke my jaw again.

I'm gonna set this up, if anyone wants to compete then we might as well help each other out.

Another edit, although I wasn't looking for any of this info, thanks for it. I'll see what I can do about using it as a roadmap.
