Definitely buy them! Unless you are able to create that many.

dude, really it becomes a logistical nightmare. Start with 10 high quality curated accounts, you can charge more for shoutouts. hundreds tens of thousands? really dude?

In that case I would highly advise you to create your own accounts. In the long term, it'll not only be safer for you but cheaper as well. Check out my Instagram Register Bot if you are looking for a bot
