You underpaid about a half.
You were supposed to pay 5$ however only about 2.5$ made it to the gateway wallet. I guess it should be possible to refund you those 2.5$ minus transaction fees

How it possible!? let me clarify the steps I went through.
1- placed 'Premium Handmade Gmail Accounts (Verified Recovery)' in your website 25 x $0.2 = $5 + $0.25 fee = $5.25
2- went to checkout > choose 'USDT TRC20, TRX and others' choose Bitcoin as payment and scan the barcode, it showed me the amount of 0.00014828 BTC which was equal to $5.25 at the time of payment and transaction complete.

anyway, it was not a good experience with you at all. refund the amount.

It is possible due to bitcoin having transaction fees. And 0.00014828 BTC was the price of the product. Your experience is related to the payment gateway which in your case was "payid19" A trusted crypto payment gateway. Warning1 After not getting response via shop mail and the account here (now around 6 week pasted), I need to warn others interested. 80%+ of the 40 email account were not functional right from the start. Also the here advertised 1 free account was not provided. This is a low price offering but it is shady practice to not deliver what one advertises.
