Hello,

I would like to know if a service can register a .fr domain if we live in US for example? And with a anonymous whois if possible.

you could just simulate your location in france somewhere and google a hosting/domain registrant lol

most domain and hosting providers do actually offer a .fr registration. 123reg for example does
