it's against TOS. You can be sure that ebay will kick you out. I made the same and got found a kick in the ass

I tried this and got kicked in like 12 hours so I had to make some new accounts

Ebay will forbid regular (auction or buy now) listing for any digital product soon, whatever the price is
If you wanna sell digital product you have to post classified, which mean no feedback on ebay
They only way to get feedback will be to buy or sell tangible stuffs...
