I only share in public on the forum...it helps more than one generally, so I would prefer not to take this conversation to DMs.
I didn't use a metric based on followers; I used a metric based on net profits.
It's a "more fair" metric in my opinion, as I considered my selling the groups as selling a small business and when I was buying and selling businesses back in the day, what mattered was not foot traffic but revenue minus expenses.

So you're selling something in that group, right? I have a group with about 140,000 members in the US, but the topics are quite general, and I don't know how to make a decent amount of money given the group's size. Could you help me out? We could share the profits, or if you have other offers, let's discuss them.
The group really does have interaction between members, and between the administrator (me) and the members. I don't know if you've experienced the same thing, but I frequently have to log into the admin page and reply to their messages. And that's just the admin page; I get a lot of messages in my personal account. I've already posted a notice stating that I only handle issues on the admin page and won't address private messages.
Honestly, I don't want to sell the group, but I'm currently facing financial difficulties because a family member is sick and needs money for treatment, so I have to find a solution. The fact that you joined that group three years ago when it had just over 20,000 members and then grew it to 140,000 without engaging in blackhat activities shows, to some extent, that you've taken the group seriously and cared deeply about its growth.

I don't want any of your profits as I don't think that is right, nor, as a staff member here would that be right.
Set up a landing page with some CPA offers on it that would be of interest to your group.
Welcome new members a few times a week, link to your lander, set the pinned post to your lander, if someone asks about X, solve the problem as the Admin by sending them to your lander.
It's a minor about of work but can turn into a fair amount of value.

$1,000 for a group with 10,000 members? That’s not enough. If you want to sell it, you can get a lot more for it, especially if the group isn’t spammed, isn’t under penalty, etc.

Hey @M4DM4X I think buying or selling facebook groups can make money but its risky and sometimes goes against fb rules. If you buy groups just to promote stuff members may lose trust and leave quickly. It’s safer to grow your own group share real value and earn through honest products or affiliate linkz
