Local crypto forums. Find some local people there, meet in person and exchange cash for crypto. Make sure to do it in a public place (restaurant, cafe, etc.) and make your first transaction small to be safe.
Doing it for years this way. It might take you more time at first but once you find a trustworthy person you'll never go back to the online exchanges.

There will always be a risk when you're dealing with crypto, especially without any verification. The question asked by the OP is how can you buy crypto without verification and in my opinion and my experience, the best way to do so is to conduct your own search and find like-minded people in your area, not total strangers online.
Don't rush it, use you brain and chat with like-minded countrymen. If you can't read and understand the thinking and intentions of your own local people, from your area, then anyone can swindle you and you shouldn't be in the crypto world in the first place. If something stinks, don't do it, as simple as that. Use your head.
Plenty of honest people that get their pay in crypto regularly. They need to exchange it for cash and the majority of them prefer to do so in person with someone local to avoid fees (at least where I live). Met a few of these folks over the years and every experience was great because we were on the same page.
Of course there are risks but if you are cautious, patient and follow a few simple rules you will find this is the best way to get crypto without fees, docs and verification.

No one is asking for photocopy of your docs. Just digital verification is done and it is much needed by alll exchanges.

It's a copy of your ID and other personal data stored in a 3rd party database with government backdoor access.
60% of the reasons for using crypto are about remaining anonymous. But there's so many moronic dipshits who joyfully hand over ever their DNA that they put the few intelligent and prudent people at risk.

You can use localmonero or agoradesk. Some sellers ask for KYC, many others don`t. Just buy from those don`t ask for KYC.

try AgoraDesk, they’re a P2P platform - no KYC needed to buy pretty much any cryptocurrency at all. I’ve used it in the past, just make sure you check each traders review before initiating a trade.
