Buy an existing domain with HA

I just bought a domain with high authority and want to create blog with backlinks to my money site.

Do i need to handle all the backlinks from other sites to the new site? need to do any redirect for all the links? (Because the new site will be new without all the old pages).

There is any good tutorial what should i do with a new domain that i buy?

You would probably be best served creating content around the URLs of old pages that have existing links to preserve links created to the previous website.
