Buy Adwords Acc?

I am unable to create new accounts on google adwords. All accounts created by me are suspended due to excessive use of coupons.

Can buying a validated account be the solution so that I can re-advertise?

I already stopped. But new accounts (even without a coupon) are suspended as well. I only wanted a single account to advertise again (wothout coupon!!!)
 
Then this says your computer and your ip address are already on the radar. Even getting a new account wouldn't help you now. You need to gravitate to either a virtual machine, a new computer, and an entirely new ip address outside of whatever subnet your on now.

your ip address has been blacklisted, use a proxy like what Debian said.
 
change ip and mac.
All blocked if you still use it

Google always track your information. i am using my laptop got many accounts approved. Follow the steps:

*while setup new account creat an new user in your laptop and install firefox browser.
*Install a random agent spoofer extension in the Fire fox browser.
* Use the Tmac Sotfware to change the Mac Address.
* Get the dynamic internet provider, dont use static internet connection.
*Dont open previously suspend account in this login.
*Fire fox browser uncheck the tracking protection.
*Always clear the Temp and History data..
 
Thank you friend. Regarding cloack, it is interesting to redirect the pages only after the ads are approved, right?

First run General Ads for a day or two , then you can create your cloaked campaign .

In cloaked campaign first run normal if everything goes well , then use cloaked link over there.
