Was wondering if anyone has ever bought/traded youtube accounts, I am confused, how do you acquire access to the channel before you buy it? Maybe some sites that can help? Thanks!

Buy from someone that someone else bought from.
Don't pay over $10 for 100 non-pva accounts.

Do you mean buying bulk accounts to like/comment on vids or buying just 1 account?
 
I think he means buying a YT account that already has views / subscribers etc? If so, be wary. For example, why is he selling?
 
Are you talking about 1 account? If so, setup an intermediary, There are companies out there that provide this service for cheap.
