buy a domain from years back with whois info staying the same?

I wanted to know if it's possible to buy a 2013 domain (registered in 2013) and have the whois info stay the same when I officially own the domain ? Will the domain be marked has "updated in 2016" or something like that ? What is the correct way to do this ? I don't want to buy it via auction. I just need a cheap domain and have the info about year of registration (registered in 2013) to be the same, today and tomorow
