All you have to do is order each domain 1 at a time. You can only use each code once. I'm pretty sure it will only give u 1 domain in your cart at the small price thats why you have to place multiple orders. All I do to find them is search Google for things like:
godaddy promo codes
godaddy coupon codes
godaddy coupons

Then go through each site providing coupons and test all the coupons I want in the shopping cart to see if they work.
