Button to vote a post into the jr. vip section

I think it would be useful to have a button to vote a post into the jr. vip section.

We would get too many Downloads section votes an others. Dont worry we read every thread here and if something is off value im sure it will be bumped to the top of the list quite frequently then we will decide
